New Developments
Radler Enterprises, Inc. is actively developing landmark office, retail, multifamily, mixed-use and residential projects.  Our development philosophy is simple: achieve maximum profitability while respecting the local community and environment.  For that reason, all of Radler’s current office development projects will be certified under t
he Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™.  The management of Radler believes that striving towards the highest environmental standards will generate durable value for tenants and local communities.

Beltway Lakes
In August 2007, Radler broke ground on the first phase of Beltway Lakes, a 6-building phased office development located on a portion of the over 40 acres of land owned by Radler at the intersection of Beltway 8 and State Highway 249 in Houston, Texas. The first phase of Beltway Lakes will feature two 6-story, Class A office buildings, containing approximately 165,000 square feet each and a structured parking garage. Delivery of the first building will be in May 2008. Construction of the second building will commence at the end of first quarter of 2008. Radler is working to ensure that each of the Beltway Lakes office buildings will be Certified under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™. One Greens Plaza
Radler is actively developing the One Greens Plaza office building, a 14-Story Class A office development located in the Greenspoint office submarket in Houston, Texas. One Greens Plaza is expected to be certified Gold under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™. When complete, the building will contain approximately 350,000 square feet of office space along with a structured parking garage with over 1,400 parking spaces. One Greens Plaza will be an iconic addition to the local skyline and will establish a new quality standard as a technologically advanced and environmentally sensitive office tower. Radler is developing the property on a larger tract of land it owns and the firm’s future plans call for phasing a total of four Class A office buildings and two parking garages on the site.
