Beltway
Lakes
In August 2007, Radler broke ground on the first phase of Beltway
Lakes, a 6-building phased office development located on a portion
of the over 40 acres of land owned by Radler at the intersection of
Beltway 8 and State Highway 249 in Houston, Texas. The first phase
of Beltway Lakes will feature two 6-story, Class A office buildings,
containing approximately 165,000 square feet each and a structured
parking garage. Delivery of the first building will be in May 2008.
Construction of the second building will commence at the end of
first quarter of 2008. Radler is working to ensure that each of the
Beltway Lakes office buildings will be Certified under the
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building

Greens Plaza
Radler is actively developing the One Greens Plaza office building,
a 14-Story Class A office development located in the Greenspoint
office submarket in Houston, Texas. One Greens Plaza is expected to
be certified Gold under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental
Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™. When complete, the
building will contain approximately 350,000 square feet of office
space along with a structured parking garage with over 1,400 parking
spaces. One Greens Plaza will be an iconic addition to the local
skyline and will establish a new quality standard as a
technologically advanced and environmentally sensitive office tower.
Radler is developing the property on a larger tract of land it owns
and the firm’s future plans call for phasing a total of four Class A
office buildings and two parking garages on the site. |
