Beltway Lakes Phase I

In August of 2007, Radler Enterprises broke ground on the first Phase of Beltway Lakes.  A six-story, Class A office building with 165,000 square feet of rentable area.  Beltway Lakes offers the latest and greatest in terms of quality construction and operating efficiencies.  The Phase I building was designed and constructed to the highest industry standards and, in August of 2009, was awarded LEED® Gold certification under the Core & Shell rating system.  Learn More.

Beltway Lakes Phase II

In February of 2008, Radler Enterprises continued the trend of quality at Beltway Lakes when construction commenced on the Phase II building. A mirror image of the Phase I building, Phase II of Beltway Lakes adds another six stories and 165,000 square feet of Class A office area to the project.  Phase II has been Pre-certified as LEED® Gold and final certification is currently underway.  Learn More.
