Beltway Lakes Phase I
In August of 2007, Radler Enterprises broke ground on the first Phase of Beltway Lakes. A six-story, Class A office building with 165,000 square feet of rentable area. Beltway Lakes offers the latest and greatest in terms of quality construction and operating efficiencies. The Phase I building was designed and constructed to the highest industry standards and, in August of 2009, was awarded LEED® Gold certification under the Core & Shell rating system.
